For Sinclair, the ultimate goal of anti-aging research isn't just to prolong life but to mitigate the myriad risks associated with aging, which he quips is "known to cause death" and is a condition that "runs in families," using humor to underline the universal nature of aging.

    Supplement Protocol

    In his book Lifespan: Why We Age – and Why We Don't Have To, he disclosed in 2019 that he is taking daily NMN, resveratrol, metformin, aspirin, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2. In the meanwhile, he has added several other compound to this protocol like Spermidine, Quercetin, Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), etc.
